Women are emotional not logical. They could do this becasuse they liek how their hair looks today and their outfit is on point.

Maybe they had a conversation with their best friend and they feel sexy rather then the pissed off mood they were in the last time you saw them.

Do you best to make their behavior irrelevant. You are you, walking your walk, casting your spells, and how they react to it is their problem. This creates attraction. Unless you are faking it at which point you look like a douch bag, learn from social feedback and love yourself better the next time.
