My Theory, which I know is incomplete or incorrect, is as follows:
- Exercise with intent to improve daily.
Seems like the most reliable source of inner game as you can do it by yourself, and releases all sorts of of pro-game chemicals.
- Routine maintenance.
Personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning your home, eating healthy, waking up early.
Seems like this is a necessary base.
- Personal Endeavors
I'm least familiar with this one, it ranges from small things like upgrading your car or meeting new people, to larger ones like starting your own business or being the best in your class/sport.
Personally I have to engage in all 3 at least 3 times a week to maintain confidence. I recently got sick and didn't do any of them and I feel terrible right now, according to my own standard I am currently a bum.
Wondering what other experiences are out there.
