Anyway, we've all been there, dude. The advice is always the same, but extremely hard to take. You have to trust people who have been there before. Remove her from your life completely. Cut all contact. No social media, nothing. Then start to meet other girls. You will get over this. If you follow this advice then a few months (maybe sooner) from now you'll be laughing about the oneitis you had.

First off, it's possible the guy was lying about the girl having sex with the jock. He might just have said that to piss you off. He could be lying. In this case, he's bullying you deliberately.

That goes beyond what seddit can help you with. If you are being bullied in school, that has to stop immediately. You are going to have to ask for school administrators to intervene. If you don't, they will hound you to death, literally.

Also forget that nofap crap. It makes you tense and it makes you afraid of your sexual urges.

Look, you are in a serious jam and I feel for you. We've all been in spots when everything looks hopeless. But sometimes this is what we need most: to hit bottom. Some people won't change until they hit bottom, I know I refused to see my own problems until I got into the worst relationship problems of my life.

So see this as an opportunity. This is the time to take all those feelings, even the hate, and focus it into a determination that you are going to change yourself so that you never have to face these problems again. It's not going to happen overnight. It's going to take some work. You will have to resolve your inner conflicts, so I'd suggest seeing your counselor again. You will have to meet and talk to more women, which means facing rejection again. But this is something you will get better at.

1) Do not kill yourself, Your young and there is a lot of realy cool stuff you have not done. 2) Never let the actions of another person have this kind of effect on you. They are not worth your time and trouble. 3) If your friends tease you, get a better set of friends. Fuck them. 4)Go back into counselling. Being able to talk to someone about anything and nothing is important. Plus they are trained to help you. 5)Relationships come and go. Determine what you want out of a relatiomship before you invest your time and emotions. Be prepared to give as much as you get. Time is important, and right now you have pleanty of it. Do not rush into anything. As far as jerking off goes....every one does it. Do not be so hard on yourself and find some humor in your life. A good laugh is more important than a good cry. As far as the girl that fucked the other guy goes, consider yourself lucky. She probably has the clap.

You biggest problem is how you see the situation. "How dare she do something she wanted to do without asking my permission or considering my feelings".

She is and was not your girl. She is free to do as she pleases just as you are. You are placing unrealistic expectation on a person. She owns you nothing. She is stranger to you, so why are even allowing your thought of what you think she thinks affect you?

Move on and find other girls, there's plenty of them. Gaming HS chicks is easy. You have a subreddit full of older men willing to help you succeed. Stop whining to and take action! If you want to get a girl ask for help and people here will be more than willing to help you.

Sex isn't everything, no matter how many people act like it is. I didn't lose my virginity till I was 18..Shit, I never even had a girlfriend until I was 20! So don't lose hope. I remember being in a depressing situation when I was 17...this girl I really liked and started hanging out with ended up screwing my friend's friend whom I didn't like at all, which just made it worse for me. At first I was bitter and resentful, but once I stopped dwelling on it, I brushed it off and moved on to better opportunities.

Looking back on it now, it just seems silly that I got so worked up over a girl that never liked me as much as I liked her, but that's just how it goes sometimes. I know it can be tough being an 18 year old virgin and thinking "I'm never gonna get laid." But don't worry, it'll happen eventually. And don't think that losing your virginity will make your life complete, because it won't. Just focus on finding a girl that you know actually likes you and take it from there. Your time and effort will be much better spent that way. If you lack confidence, maybe you should start working out..that'll help relieve stress and build up your confidence.

It's pointless to dwell on something that never was, and killing yourself over a girl not liking you is even more pointless. Brush yourself off and start talking to other girls, there's plenty out there. I'm sure you'll find one that likes you soon enough.
