I got slapped yesterday (on the arm, though) when I was hanging out with some friends. The girl that I mentioned in previous posts who thinks I'm an asshole said something, and I said a cocky retort, so she hit me in the arm. I lightly slapped her arm with the back of my hand. She proceeds to slap my arm 7-8 times at a decent strength. I popped a smirk and said "You hit like a girl". Everyone started laughing and good times were had.

Don't take women more seriously than you have to. React the same way you would if a child smacked you.

That was the wrong response.

I've gotten sex from a chick who smacked me in the face earlier that night. The trick is to simply ease away from the situation and then come back later basically acting like nothing really happened. This was, admittedly, in a very sexualized club situation, sooooo . . . in a more social setting it may be harder to pull off.

The advice /u/GoinDownDaRabbitHole gave in this thread was also pretty good.

Never in the face. I'd probably slap her back if she did that.

But I often get a punch in the arm, or a slap on the ass. That doesn't bother me. I usually laugh.

Last time a bitch went to slap me in the face a caught her forearm and gave her a couple harsh words, as she tried to play victim since my grip hurt her arm. Then I left. Unfortunately this isn't always an option if your hands are full/you don't have ninja-like reflexes.
