This is boring. Women want fun and excitement not serious discussions. Do you think women have these discussions with their friends?

only if i treat them as if they are my daughter ("did you get that right?" "how are you preparing for this and that?" "that is nice baby") do they actually show sexual interest.

Those questions are not fatherly questions. Those questions display you are leading therefore they are following. Men lead women follow, it's that simple.

Some women, and i would even say all women, are attracted to strong men. A man that wont fall over because of some harsh winds, a man like a rock. So if you put on the father role you are the one who decides whats right, so you must be strong. No one that is weak can decide what is right or wrong, and hold on to it, even if the stronges storm comes over him. So by approving things a woman does, or says, depending on the right frame, it makes a woman subconsciuosly think, and feel safe in your presence, admiring your strength, feeling attracted because you must be a leader, someone who fights and wins. That on the other hand, in past times, equaled to good genetics. So it is not a curse, it is a blessing. Also it is not the only way to convey attractivity, but it is one that surely works.
