I've honestly started with a hug. Gets in close and I'm able to gauge how much the chick likes me. If she receives it well then escalate from there. Oh and don't do the end of the night kiss. It's way to predictable kiss her mid way through. As soon as you see her smiling. Just walk up or lean over and kiss her. Once you do that you're in control. And as a bonus try a subtle lip bite. If she bites back then for god sakes pull her home.

Always escalate. If she isn't interested, she will let you know through her reactions. You have nothing to lose.

Totally depends. I always hug a chick when I meet her for a date. Her hug will tell you everything (and how much she's desiring your touch or if you need to build on the attraction).

I know this might be controversial but I often try to kiss them the moment I meet them in situations where I've talked on the phone or we've had sexual conversations.

A hug, hands on their hips pulling them tight along with "you look sexy." Making my intentions clear the moment we meet. If I get rejected then I laugh it off but the kino ladder is already high for me to stroke their back etc when we sit down.

I kissed one girl 10 seconds into the date. She was like "what the fuck" but kissed me back and I f-closed the same night.

Another girl is now my FWB and while she didn't kiss me back the moment we met I did kiss her and "do stuff" at the end of the night.

For me it's all about pre-calibration and I will tease them before we meet, "you'd better not be one of those girls who kisses like a washing machine and waits til the end of the third date..."

(This is best on the phone so you have instant feedback and can have banter about it based on what they say).

Works for me anyway.

Shoulder. Hands. Hair. Face. Hands around the girls. Hug. Her kiss on your cheeks. then yours. Kiss on the lips. Make-out.

You must do this from 5 mins - 3 hours of the date. Anything longer than that is make things harder for you because you've established a no-touching rapport. It don't necessarily have to be a make out but at the very least she must kiss you on the lips.

The secret to escalating is "Two steps forward, one step back".
