What Im about to say is pretty direct and rather strong. It could be stronger in some situations even still. Calibrate to the girl and the environment of course.

The best thing to do is to game more and eventually you will get a girlfriend and have regular sex which will give you more confidence and remove the headles chicken syndrome. Eventually, you will be looking for women you have a connection with instead of just "Oh, would this girl bang me?"

Look, this is one of the biggest misconceptions that keeps making the rounds. You DON'T need to "turn the conversation sexual." At ALL. Some guys do it, but they're more advanced, to be honest and they can compensate for the problems that overtly talking about sex can cause if done before you have sex.

However, you DO need to express your sexuality through actions. Escalation. Kino. You can talk about sex or whatever all day and it won't do a thing unless you're pulling the trigger by making moves.

I'm a late bloomer and ugly duckling; was shy and fat for most of my life, so I got zero experience interacting with the opposite sex growing up. Got fit after my freshman year of college, but still had a lot of catching up to do socially.

You'll have to CONSTANTLY remind yourself that the people around you now have little idea what you were like before. They only see the guy before them now. Who is not shy and fat.

Do you guys have any advice on how to get past this barrier? I'm 21, and I feel like it's about time I lose my V-card.

First thing to do is realize that sex doesn't need to come up. You're going to be leading the conversation, right? Asking her questions about herself? Leading the conversation topics, right? So if you don't bring it up, how is it going to come up? Eh?

Secondly, you need to educate yourself. There is no reason you could not be looking this stuff up on the Internet. Sexual positions, the different male orgasms, the different female orgasms, the g-spot, the clitoris, foreplay, delayed male orgasms, etc. All this can be studied. You can practice the delayed orgasms thing on your own, if need be. (You should be well aware of where your "point of no return" after which you will ejaculate.) There is no excuse for not educating yourself NOW.

Thirdly, you just need to take a certain attitude when you have a female body before you. EVERY girl is different. It's not like they all get turned on the same way. NO. So a curious, exploratory approach will serve you no matter what kind of girl you have before you.

Fourthly, you can easily get ideas of things you might do by watching make out scenes or decent sex scenes in certain movies. Some suck but the ones that look hot to you, might have good inspiration. Some old school ones, like Disclosure, Basic Instinct, or even scenes from a show like Grey's Anatomy. There's no reason you should be going into your first experiences with no idea what you might do. You've seen things already. So you have things you can try.
