Break off all contact with the Aussie woman. You have no reason to put up with that shit. Don't act like a doormat, stand up for yourself and show her that her conduct is unacceptable, that you won't stand for it, and you won't put up with HER.

I warn you that the Japanese sense of humor is strange and they do not respond well to satire and snarky insults. This woman is doing a lot of damage to you. Make it stop. Don't give her any opportunity to do this when you are around. You can't do anything about what she does behind your back, but it will catch up to her eventually, IF you don't engage it, or give her an opportunity to engage with you in front of others.

So there are a couple of reasons why she could be doing this:

She is jealous that other people like you more than you like her.
She has feelings for you and does not know how to express it.
OR she legitimately just hates you as a person and wants to fuck with you.

I'd say it's more 1 and 2, but I would suggest just not responding to her actions. If she brings something up just quickly brush it off and say she's lying and change the topic. This will make her look like a dumb ass and make people not take her seriously.

She'll see that it obviously isn't working in bringing you down or getting your attention and stop.

I would try replying, "Oh, you mean the time YOU fucked the bread? Didn't you say it left you wide open for a week." Or something like that and try to embarrass her. If she says, no it was you, cut her off and reply no need to be shy, we are all friends here. It is a great story you have.

Or you could say stop flirting with me, or you can give her the cold shoulder and start laughing hard when she brings it up and continue laughing and stand up and be like oh, great times, hey does anyone want a beer? If she tries to bring it up again people will notice that she doesn't have the power to bring up a topic and have it discussed all in one sitting.
