I'm more of a RP guy than PUA, but game is important still for RP so I thought this would be the best place to consult.

I saw on the RP forums one guy's favourite line to get interest was 'You look like a serial killer'. This pretty much always initiates some sort of conversation, but it almost always goes in one general routine, so this is what I've adapted to deal with that.

I live on a small island so finding matches I can actually act upon is rare, but I've been pretty successful in terms of sexting, etc, from others. Here it is:

-Tinder Match-

Me: You look like a serial killer.

Her: Surprise/Retort/'How so?/etc

Me:Name a characteristic and make a comment on it e.g: 'Your eyes look like they've lured a hundred men to their deaths'

Her:Humour/Suprise/Shock/Retort. Commonly 'Not sure how to take that'

Me: I mean it in the nicest possible way (Humour, not sure if this is good)

Her: Response is usually confusion/Humour,etc, like before, normally ask how/why

---(Generally built comfort at this point)---

Me: It's a kink of mine/It's a once in a lifetime opportunity to get with a serial killer

From there I've comfortably turned turned the mood sexual, and from there I'd go for the number if that's what I was going for after a bit more building of tension in this phase.

As a final question, what do you think of these questions such as 'Am I too bold you for?' Or generally questions challenging/disqualifying them?

It's amazing how much this RP/PUA has taught me, most of my much higher SMV friends don't even continue speaking to girls after a few hours since the conversation drizzles out, but I've had a lot of girls re-initiating the conversation after a long gap, which shows their interest. Everyone else seems to initiate with just 'Hey' or something generic, so it's easy to see how being somewhat creative gets success.

These girls aren't stunners since I'm not very high SMV (I think I have the mindset and I'm lifting PHUL, I just need time to grow), but most are a solid 6-7.
