Kinda been in a funk with girls myself lately and while reflecting on this one thought came across my mind. How many times in the world's history has a man been rejected by a woman? My guess is somewhere close to infinite. If you were to be rejected by this woman, it would not be an isolated incident. Your experience would fall into the endless pile of rejections that have happened in the history of humanity. In that sense, rejection deserves much less power than we give it. Therefore, why not take a chance and approach the woman? You will either get a dud that will be thrown into this rejection pile, or you will win big.

If you just want to consume her body, ok, go there and take her number or get rejected. It's pointless to make a storm in a teacop.... after all, there's nothing to lose. There's a billion of hot girls like her in this planet, believe in me. But don't go out pointing out strangers and claiming that she's perfect without knowing her at first, you'll be lowering yourself and soon you'll get disappointed when you discover thar she's not a doll of your dreams. The fear of rejection comes from thinking that you're less than the other person. So before you begin to rate her as the girl of your dreams....go there and find out if she worths your time.

Be the man of her dreams and not vice versa.

I literally make it a habit to just talk to everyone on the subway regardless of whether there is a hot girl there or not. Then when there is I'm not as uncomfortable with talking to her because it's a totally normal thing for me to do.

At the very least you will become more social and have some great conversations.

You may be regretting it, but the experience is good. You now have motivation to not let the next girl get away from you! When it comes to busses or trains, I move to the seat behind them, that way if she's totally not into you can turn your back on each other and it won't be awkward! Hope it helps :) Good luck bro!

OP don't take this too hard. Not many guy's would go after her in your situation. Yea, 8am in the morning and sitting to a seat right next to her when other seats were unoccupied may come across thirsty and creepy.

The only thing you could have done is sat in a seat around her and tried making eye contact with her. If she gave you eye contact back, you could have said "good morning, how are you?"

Then after her response, you could have said "glad its Thursday, sorry I'm in a good mood today just need someone to talk to on my way to work". Then you could have said "any plans this weekened? or what you got planned for the weekend?"

Depending on her answer you can work from there. That's personally what I would have done. And 20mins is more then enough. And who cares if everyone is hearing you hit on her because in my opinion you are making small talk. They won't know until you ask for her number.

The fact that you are calling this the girl of your dreams, before you even said a word with her is already putting her above you..asking all these questions is also building up more re anxiety for yourself. Relax, just say whatever you want. You are the prize, let her worry about trying to impress you..women want to qualify themselves to you.
