The kid thing doesn't matter. Kids or no kids, adults like to fuck.
You're right to be cautious about intoxication, but it's a festival... everybody's there to get a little crazy. She probably doesn't get out much anymore and over-did it a bit, she was probably itching to get laid even before she started drinking. Her friend probably would have cock-blocked you if it was just the alcohol talking.
