"Don't you have tons of girls you can do this with?"

Got this while escalating with a girl. She asked me: "don't you have tons of girls you can do this with?" This is in the midst of her telling me stuff like "Oh I bet you hook up with other girls all the time, oh I bet you have a lot of girlfriends"

My response was: "Yeah, but you're cute".

Any better responses? Should I have gone more beta/"you're special"?
