No, you're not a dick, nobody likes acne and we can all agree it is unsightly. It sounds like you have already taken action to improve your acne but it hasn't cleared up yet and you're a bit worried.

It will clear up and the dermatologist will find what works for you. The saying "if you look good you feel good" is true, and it applies to acne. Be patient, it will clear up quick and you will feel a boost of confidence.

The acne isn't the thing that would get me. I'd be more concerned about why you haven't gone to the doctor, acne treatment is fairly inexpensive and safe. The only reason not to treat woukd he lack of insurance......that would be a red flag too...
