Mate, I'm not expert - I promise you that, but if there's one thing I've learned it's that everybody goes about it differently. Some people have routines while other wing it, some people plan a night from beginning to end while others just hope for the best. There's no "complete" guide because it's such a subjective experience.

It goes: See Girl --> Meet Girl --> Flirt with girl --> Generate sexual tension/interest --> Get number/go somewhere private. Even then, there's 100 variations on how that can go, and the steps aren't set in stone.

Don't rely on someone else's guide, just go out and do it. Mess up 100 times, and let that be your guide.

I'd suggest Vibe by Dave Perrotta (if you want a down to earth approach) or Minimal Game by Aaron Sleazy (if you want a super simple, almost anti-game approach).

You should check out Erika Jordan. Aside from being really hot she gives great dating/seduction advice. Unlike some other actress/model types who rely on their hotness she's actually studying clinical psychology so she knows what she is talking about.
