Well, no, really this reeks of mismanagement. I manage an office full of women, and you can wrangle pms, cat fights, etc etc easily enough. Can actually pre empt things, after time. As a whole, it works out fine. But, I am a man, so that could be why it works out fine.

I met an older woman, and we briefly became friends. She invites me to a dance-cardio class that she ran. I agreed, cause why not?

Class was fun, learned a bunch a dance moves, had a good time. I was the only man there with ten women.

After the class my friend comes up and says in a low tone, "thank you so much for coming." I said, "no sweat, thanks for the invite."

She says. "Things are different with even just one man in the room."

And while I stand by my initial reason for excluding male employees - because they have an easy ride in TV - if I were to do it again, I'd definitely employ men. In fact, I'd probably employ only men.
