You're in no position to be angry because you're not committed to her. She didn't exchange contact information with him, so it's not a big deal. It's not like you can control how others approach her, so why even bother focusing on it?

But yeah, you can't expect that from the woman when you're not willing to do the same. That's ridiculous.

This sounds pretty much like jealousy. And jealousy stems from fear and lack of trust. So this could be a fear of losing her, because you don't trust her and low confidence. Subconsciously you might feel that you will lose her since there is no reason for her to be with you as soon as another man shows interest in her.
