I don't want to be that guy that talks to women when they don't want to talk. How do I change that?

Have you never approached someone who was alone and not doing much? Before the words leave your mouth they turn at you with wide eyes and a wide smile, like you came to save them or something. Have you never had that?

Now that's the mentality when you're in state. You've been in state before haven't you? People don't go around in state, it's pretty rare. So you learn how to bring yourself there.

Well, it's usually a vibe. I'm not going to bullshit you with the whole "she's prob dying for u to talk to her" because thats usually untrue, however if shes making eye contact with you or giving you actual answers when you try to speak to her versus like one word answers then keep going. cut the bullshit out and make your interest apparent soon enough, i hate it when people talk to me and i dont know what they are there for, and im sure other people don't like it either

You can screen them. Smile, if she smiles back, take it from there. Just because she doesn't smile back doesn't mean she's not open but if you're looking for an easy way to see who's receptive do that.

Also be aware of indicators of interest. Does she keep looking your way? Fixing her hair? Slowing down so you can catch up? Comments on something you have? If so, talk to her.

The mentality you should have is that you are walking through life sharing your wonderful self. You should be chatting up strangers very frequently and should get to the point that you ENJOY it. Being good with girls means being good at socializing. Social people enjoy talking with others and expressing themselves freely. It's a skill you need to hone.

Not everyone you talk to will want to talk to you. There is no magic pill you can take to fix this. No matter how cool/funny/attractive you become, there will always be lots of people who simply want nothing to do with you. This is a good thing; it screens out people who you don't have chemistry with.

By talking with lots and lots of people, you also find the girls that do want to talk to you. By finding the girls that want to talk to you, you find the girls that want to kiss you. By finding the girls who want to kiss you, you will find girls who want to fuck you. By finding the girls who want to fuck you, you will find girls who want to date you. By finding girls who want to date you, you find girlfriend/wife material.

Protip: Even with people who I'm not particularly interested in talking to, I still chat with them as much as possible if I'm feeling "rusty". It helps to sharpen my conversational skills that are ever-dulling and keeps me in a social, creative headspace.

You talk to who you want to talk. If they are bitchy move on the next. Simple as that. Don't think, don't obsess just act. This is law if you are out on the field.

Also its best to approach girls when the sun is still up in an open area.

Just ask about what they are doing, its amazing how ppl love to prove themselves\validate themselves. "What are you studying", figure out where they fit, and ask accordingly: "deadlines due?" "need me to proof read anything :-)c "?
