How has your age affected your game?

If I'm younger I use it to my advantage (well, not anymore, I'm married, but I did this with my wife). I would say something like "guess my age" then when they guessed a few times I'd tell them I was absurdly younger than them, watch their faces and reaction, then laugh with them saying just kidding. This would diffuse the tension between the age gap and by me then raising it - albeit still younger than them - it no longer seemed as drastic as an issue. If they still say "you're still super young" just play along and say "don't worry, we can tell all your friends I'm XX age ;)".

Anyway, um, uh, I wouldn't lie about your age. In fact, don't lie about anything. If a girl asks your age, then tell her some outrageous number like seventy, but that you look younger because you don't eat gluten.

But take heart. My gal used to date younger men because she found them easier to handle: inexperienced, no commitment, naive. My point is that there's a market of older women for younger guys out there.

What're you doing hitting on older women? No nice girls closer to your age?

My questions - does anyone else experience this? If so, what do you do to either a) avoid it from happening without lying about your age or b) respond to it when it comes up?

What? Girls are literally giving you shit about your age? After someone is 21 or over, this isn't really an issue anymore. It's possible that there's something else that is actually the issue. I find it hard to believe that anyone who is grown up, would make a fuss about your age. If someone was, I'd say they aren't worth your time.

But out of curiosity, what are these girls saying?
