We cant control what people think of us but what we can control is what we think of ourselves. If you believe other people's opinions of you, it will just bring you down. Like Deep deep down till you don't even want to get out of your house anymore.

Stick with "I think, therefore I am." Now I may not be a very good dancer but when I do dance I think I'm alright, I'm good enough due to a few foundation classes.

Now think about the energy I'll be radiating and compare that to me believing everyone's opinions of I can't dance.

I wouldnt have danced at all
