Hey man, best advice I can give is imagine you're putting a pot on simmer for a little while. Don't talk to these girls more than you usually do (unless the relationship develops that way) because then you guys might get to the point a few weeks in with just texting and no in person communication that there really isn't anything interesting to talk about. Just hit them up a couple of times a week to see whats happening in their life, and so they don't feel like you moved on or aren't interested.

If you've been laying it down like you're supposed to then when you all get back i'd say hit each one up individually to hang out one on one and then after a few days of that bring up the threesome again, and you should be back in the position you're in right now.

I've been in these situations quite a lot and they often fall through.

Continue doing what you're doing and just keep things warm over xmas. If it doesn't happen, there will be girls in the future who are doing.

You're definitely doing the right thing - being non-judgemental about sex, teasing out her desires and making it ok for her to experiement with this stuff.

If it doesn't happen with these 2, it will happen soon enough.

Ask yourself, do I really want a threesome? I know it sounds like a dumb question, but a threesome with girls that are ACTUALLY bisexual (as opposed to heteroflexible .... straight, but willing to do it for their partners' sake) can crush your ego if you're not ready for it. Remember, this is real life...not porn. In porn, the women are following a script that is designed to appeal to a specific fantasy... they're just amusing themselves with each other until they can get penis. IRL, if the women are actually into each other, they will likely spend a lot of time doing their thing and ignoring you... believe it or not, it can get a little boring after a while. That realization that your penis isn't their primary focus can be hard on someone whose confidence may be lacking.
