I have only read one book about seduction and it's Models by Mark Manson. What seems to strike me in this post is that it seems that the girls that you want are not the girls that want a guy like you. In the book it's called demographics. Are you looking to get laid with party girls that enjoy wild nights with wild bold guys and getting drunk and party hard? Then you gotta appeal to them in some way, you gotta become the life of the party. You gotta become part of their demographic. Otherwise they won't be interested in you.

The other option is to try and appeal to women in your demographics. Women that like music, gigs, gym, relaxing etc. If you can't match a girl's energy on a night out, there is little chance of anything happening, unless you are awesome enough to get her to calibrate to you.

Not drinking/drugging is not a bad thing. You often get negative responses like "What, like omg, how can you NOT drink?" what this basically means it that 90% of their social life is propped up by drinking alcohol. Why do they go out? A: To have a drink with friends. Lame. How do those girls meet people? Get wasted and kind of hope that one time the luck of the draw has them waking up to some good guy who will fulfill their fantasies, otherwise back to the grind-mill the following weekend. A lot of guys need alcohol to even work up any kind of balls to talk to girls. You set yourself apart by not drinking, it isn't necessarily a good thing (though you're not poisoning yourself or regularly making a cock of yourself) but it's most definitely not a negative quality. No girl in the history of mankind has ever bragged that she landed such an awesome dude cuz he puts away a few litres of beer in every session!

Maybe a lot of guys pursuing this journey in life might end up thinking they're boring. "Oh god I'm not a spy, I don't jump from high speed vehicles, i don't go parachuting every day, i don't live in the jungle fending for myself and communing with nature"... well the fact is you don't really have to be all that to not be boring. The other guys that posted here made a great point that masculinity and ultimately the attractive qualities you can express are all about purpose, drive and ambition.

You do open mic nights? Honestly, i probably don't have the balls to do that right now. You write acoustic music? I don't.... i'm more boring than you - and less confident by the same measure.

As for "the little asian"... well I think most guys in the world have had this feeling to some degree, myself included. You got the job done, and you'll get it done again. You'll have women bouncing around screaming for you... guys smaller than you score better than you. There are 'lots' of girls who even suggest that smaller is better, because they don'tl ike their cervix going through a 15 round boxing marathon with Buster 'Slugger' McDougan. You're fine, really.

Many girls flake - especially from tinder. And sometimes it's really not always your 'bad game' that caused themt o flake. One girl, for example, was so into me she kinda went quiet for a bit and then came back apologising profusely and ultimately I found out she flaked because I came across on the phone and through text so 'driven, purposeful and confident in my movements with her' (i.e. I know what i want and that i'll do what i need to get it) that she really felt intimidated and of too low value herself. "why could he ever want me?" kind of thing.

That's not some kind of braggado but more making the point that in many situations where chicks flake it's really not your failure.

Ultimately (word of the day), the main problem is perhaps that you're trying to meet girls in the wrong environment. If you're note hugely confident (and maybe you're not, but as long as you're working on it it's okay) and don't drink or do drugs, then going to some club with a bunch of people are wasted listening to noise that you think are atrocities commited in the name of music - well, in that case, maybe you're fighting an uphill battle.

Keep investing in yourself, build yourself, do what you love and want to do and always make sure you're improving. If some club-rat calls you boring because you don't drink, does it matter? This path is the way forward, it's an little-walked road that feels lonely but ultimately ends in greatness.

Keep going, practice game, you'll definitely fail sometimes (the others have pointed this out) but you'll find out that the girls who do connect with you end up being better. I can't really emphasise enough, keep building going as best you can. This is the best way to attain that real level of "i'm okay with myself" and have people naturally gravitate towards you, it's a slow and arduous process of self-development but will serve you well in the end.

Listen man. Masculine energy is all about purpose, drive, ambition and breaking through mental and physical barriers. Women are drawn to this! You should be focusing on yourself, improving every aspect of your life and then when the right girl comes along you make the move. What I am trying to get at is that most men are always in the "predatory" mode, constantly "hunting" girls down. Just chill out, focus on yourself - become the best version of yourself while still practicing seduction techniques (practice makes perfect); and the girls will automatically come to you. Also patience and constant practice are the key in this scenario - "The master has failed more times than the beginner has even tried"
