People have called me by my surname my entire life. My family does it, my friends do it, and for fucks sake, when I moved here, a different country, where I knew absolutely nobody, people still ended up calling me by last name.

So I can relate.

The verdict is that it doesn't really matter. Even my last girlfriend called me by my last name and it sure as hell didn't mean she was any less attracted to me. What matters is how these girls treat you. Unless they call you by last name in a way that is clearly indicative of being alienating or impersonal, then it isn't a problem. Just substitute the words: if she said your first name in the exact way she says your last name (tone, intent, context) would you think she's not attracted to you?
