Guys, I don't think OP means that kind of jaded. Not jaded because he fails.

OP, did you start working out/getting attractive/ugly duckling/found some game or equivalent and find suddenly girls like "you" even though nothing changed? It's just so hard to take girls seriously when whether something is charming or weird relies solely on your looks, and the correct formula will get any girl, "nice" or slut, or whatever to start to "fall" for you.

Like, I know that girls will like me because I'm 6'3 220 abs, in med school, and am pretty witty for as weird as I am. But I'm no fucking different, I didn't learn any new game or come out of my shell. I took some accutane and steroids, and I learned how to spew some game. Like shit I'm the same. Same exact shit I got bullied for is now somehow unique and they wanna know all about deep house or philosophy as long as I play the first 4-5 times we meet a certain way. Everytime I see a girl I think I could probably hit that, but like why? Why bother? Even worse, a girl with a great personality you gotta play the same way. It's all superficial. I still play some games because I'm fucking hannibal lector and honestly just like the feeling of being fucking good and manipulating. Like I'll flirt or whatever. But, it's impossible to pursue knowing if you lost it all they wouldn't stay. If you didn't game, they wouldn't just like you if threw everything on the table and were "yourself." If you suddenly got ugly or something, they'd go right back to being merciless little demons. And honestly, it's probably worse for guys. We're worse, looks and not having a personality that detracts from the looks. End of the day, that's how it works for almost everyone if you look close enough. Personality and loving each other comes after. It's all built on lust and initial feelings. It's all a fucking charade and I don't wanna play anymore. So I bought a lil' rottie for the time being, and I'll probably marry another doctor because this feeling seems to be pretty common amongst us. Or ideally, a girl I'm friends with for a long time.

My homie is going through this. It sucks seeing your friend trying to pick up some girl but having perceptions that make him hold back.

This dude could have mad game but his vision of women... its so negative now. That he just doesn't go out and do it.

he doesn't know about game but he's one of those types that thinks places like us, are full of shit and are pathetic.

Again this guy just doesn't want to grow, he'd rather keep his view of the world instead of trying to alter it. And i fear.. that his stubbornness to change his perception on girls and pick-up is what is going to keep him unhappy.

Once I achieved the mindset that women love sex.. breakthrough. And there's been another breakthrough with another mindset change.

Feeling jaded in pick up comes from expectation. You were very vague, but I can think of a couple expectations that would make a guy feel jaded:

1) You expect girls to be a certain way. They should be nice, give you a chance, not be rude, etc. Girls are the way they are. It's your job to deal with it and navigate through it like a boss. The hottest girls will give you the toughest time because they get hit on all the time. They want a man who is different and isn't a chump like the rest. The only way they know how to do that is to shit test you. Keep trying.

2) You expect to progress at a certain pace. Maybe you've put in some time and are jaded because you haven't gotten the results you wanted. It takes time. The only way you're gonna cut that time short is practice pick up ALL THE TIME: at the grocery store, at the laundromat, at the coffee shop, on your way to work, etc. There's no short cut around paying your dues. So keep practicing and keep pushing yourself.

No one gives up on pick up and comes back to it better than ever. No, when you leave pick up for awhile you end up getting rusty as fuck. It has to be a part of your every day life if you want to sharpen your skills and be better. So don't let yourself be jaded for too long. Give yourself 5 more minutes of bitching and then get back in the trenches. Pick up is trial by fire and you only get better with continuous action.

It's rather simple. He needs to bring something to the relationship market. She needs to be enriched by his presence in the relationship . Either money, security, social standing, emotional security, or any combination of these. Men marry for love, for women, it's a business decision. You'll never be disappointed if you change your expectations of what a relationship is supposed to give you in return. Oh, and remember, she'll always be looking to upgrade, so you need to keep your A game going, stay stronger with more game than her, and she'll be loyal. Become weak and dependant and she'll be looking to upgrade. Don't believe me? Ask a woman how she feels about financially supporting her man while he stays home. Women are OK with it in reverse... dude, be an alpha, and you'll have no shortage of women. Be a beta and it's the single life.
