It really is a simple reminder for those struggling with their game and especially for those who might feel "what the f*ck am I going to do?". Now of course it doesn't apply to 100 out of 100 situations, but it's a great mental note to have at all times.

-Whatever you feel, she feels.--

If you feel happy, she'll feel happy. (Ever notice if you smile, other smile too...and vice versa, you want to smile when you see someone smile).

If you feel confident, she'll feel confident (If you're standing tall, good body language, talking slowly with good voice, aka you're confident, she'll immediately subconsciously think "this guy is confident in social interactions with women, he's comfortable" and she will be likewise...she won't think you're some weirdo..she'll let her guard down).

If you walk up to a girl feeling all nervous, all flustered etc., she will feel the exact same. She will be uncomfortable from the get go, she will feel awkward around you, you're fighting an uphill battle with Mike Tyson from the get go...not good. She's like "why is this guy so nervous around me, what have I done to him?". Now she's over thinking, and it's all one big mess of mental masturbation...not how an interaction should go at all.

On the flip side, if you feel confident, you feel good, you're smiling, you don't care what happens...she will feel the same. She will "feel" your energy, that confidence, that care free mentality, that comfort in your own skin and body...it'll all radiate off you and become visible on her and that's very powerful...that's the foundation for good rapport. She will think "wow this guy is confident, I love his smile, it makes me feel good and positive too". It is this sort of thing that 'makes a girl's day'. Seriously.

Other examples: You're at a club, you're so self conscious about dancing but you were told by some dude online that "dancefloor is where it's at bro". You are not confident in your own dancing ability but you go for it anyway as you trust your e-bro. You are super worried about if a woman will notice you and your dodgy dancing. You slowly move onto the dancefloor...your body is tight, your hands are stuck to your sides. You feel as if everyone is watching this idiot who cannot dance...you felt out of place on the dancefloor to begin with but now you really feel awkward. All this mental masturbation has transmitted to your external...you're not smiling, your body is super tight, you're not dancing, you're not looking comfortable/positive and hence you are not looking attractive. Will you have any success that night? Most likely not.

On the flip side again, you know you cannot dance but who cares, the dancefloor is fun anyway. You are known for this one silly dance that either makes people laugh with you or else you just laugh yourself at how little you care and how you're having a good time and that's all that counts. You're not concerned about other people's reactions to you as you are too drunk to care. You don't even care about the women in the club. Whatever happens, happens. You almost jump onto the dancefloor and pull off some moves with a big smiling head on you...some people notice you right away and point and laugh...other people get out of your way and allow you more room...you keep dancing, you don't even notice the people looking at you...naturally women start to gravitate towards you as you're the centre of attention...you're the centre of positivity and confidence...you're the centre of attractiveness. It's a nightclub, it's not supposed to be serious...women looking for some fun and nothing serious will feel this and they will be drawn to you naturally, yes naturally.

TL;DR: Stop worrying, stop overthinking. What you think is conveyed through your body language and women are experts at reading people, especially men. Think positive, feel good in yourself, feel confident and it will radiate from you making her feel positive and confident too which will reinforce your positive state.

Peace, Dilla.
