Be more present.

Wait for people to drop massive conversation "bait hooks" and latch onto them by sharing something with the group that adds value.

Practice, practice, practice.

I too was always great at 1-1 but struggled with groups until I just got out of my own head.

"Dominate conversation with men and women"? Why do you want to dominate people? What is your end goal? And let's say you tell a story and everyone listens, how does that help you achieve your goal? I'm assuming your goal is seduction related or you wouldn't be asking us, but still.

Without more info, I'd say you should:

Learn to write and tell stories
Work on improv skills
Work on body language improvement and body language reading skills.
Stop framing it as "domination" since that is probably not your goal.

Talk louder and if you have to use hand gestures/ more expressive body language to get people to focus on you.

Try to get everyone in the group to have a good time. Not just yourself.
