I had my arm around her, we were sitting down, and was playing with her thigh. She was comfortable with it, but the conversation wasn't very sexual (some teasing here and there) and she wasn't giving me any IOIs of her own. Not much eye contact, no leaning into me, no touching etc. Really threw me off because usually by that point the girls are also meeting me at the 90% point. What gives?
