Whenever I open a girl, she doesn't seem invested in the interaction at all. What do I do?

Normally, I would say "cold approach doesn't work, get an IOI first", but you are on a college campus so you should be able to at least get some polite interaction going.

If there is one issue with hitting up random girls on campus, it's that they aren't very desperate. The ones that want to hook up are hooking up and the ones that don't aren't. All of the girls pretty much know where they stand.

Have you tried some of the more traditional routes like joining clubs, going to parties/events?

One of the best things I did in college was take the intro series to acting. If you can do that, I recommend it. Changed my life with women.

I feel like all this Game and RP stuff is just targeted at a certain type of girl. The girl who goes to bars and clubs a lot. The adventurous extreme extrovert personality type. I'm more introvert - marginally extrovert, and most of my female friends are the same. I don't know any girls who would respond positively to a stranger asking them out while they're walking to class. It goes against social norms which most people, unless they are extremely extroverted, will follow.
