Rainbow Street (the bar district), it's directly off First Circle to the SE (it has wide sidewalks and lots of bright signs, you can't miss it at night), and picking up an expat, Jordanian student, or study abroad college student is your best bet.

Good luck, you'll need it since one night stands are extremely difficult with people abroad as they're usually on higher guard than when they are in their home city.

Pardon my ignorance but, even though I know Jordan is one of the most liberal countries in the Middle East (the others according to me being Israel and UAE) can you get laid on them? I mean... aren't Jordanians like... strict on sexual matters?
