So, yeah. I'm feeling a little embarrassed that she is the one picking me up to drive to the location. I don't have a car (I don't even have a car license). It's going to be a short ride, 10 minutes max, but I'm TERRIFIED of making it an awkward ride and to totally blow the rest of the date.

This is not my first date with a girl, but it's the first date where I'm getting in a CAR with a girl. I've no idea what I'm doing. This has to happen because she doesn't know the place we're going exactly and so we arranged to meet in a place we both know (which does not have any real 'date' places we can go, so we can't have a coffee or go to a park there) and then drive to the location.

I was thinking of instead of jumping right away in the car with her, walk with her a little bit (I can still show her the place around, even though no real 'date' places), try to build some rapport, laugh and make the environment more comfortable and relaxed and then walk to her car and drive to the place, where we can actually have coffee and go for a walk in the park.

What are some things I can do while in the car to make the environment light/relaxed/fun/non-awkward? As I said I'm a little embarrassed that I'm not the one picking her up, how can I NOT show this to her?

I also have to mention that we already exchanged some text messages, made a little rapport (we exchanged messages for like 4 or 5 days) and that she seems pretty excited to meet me.

Also, it's my frist tinder date, ever.
