How do you deal with it she you hear your ex-gf has a new boyfriend?

This happened to me. We were living together 8 years.

I basically cut that entire community/group of people out of my life - with the exception of one or two close friends.

I don't talk to her, and i go fuck other women. I train hard, work hard and play hard nowadays. Ultimately, getting away from my exGF seems to have been a good thing. Probably the same for you - no relationship ever ends if it's great.

What else is there? If you're gf is gone - then the only thing to do is get on with life. That involves other people, hobbies, fun, work, gym etc. To be honest with time and success/fulfillment in other areas you'll enver really be asking this question.

I'm sure you know the responses you will receive, play the field, work on your hobbies, you career, work out, work on you. And I'm pretty sure you wouldn't resort to here if you didn't already know that and know that advice is shit.

You're not going to be able to get rid of her and in a few years you'll probably be friends again. But what stops all that sludgy horrible bullshit that none of us want to admit is jealousy and pain?

Do something outside of your comfort zone. For me, I decided at 32 to take up ice skating. I clutched the wall and fell on my ass for two months straight until one day I met another guy doing the same thing. Now we're best friends.

The goal of forgetting your last relationship is not bettering yourself, replacing them with a pet, hobby or physical health or one upping them. It's, simply, to find someone else that is putting them selves out there like you to clutch onto each other instead of a wall.
