This might sound kind of PC. Want to throw out an observation. I know someone very alpha, and I noticed he gets away with asking people questions they don't really feel like answering. Their choices are (A) be rude andnot answer, or (B) answer, feeling powerless to withhold the information they share. Again, I know it sounds PC, but it's actually bothering me. I cringe every time this person needles me with his forward questions and feel weak, knowing that I simply have to answer. Any thoughts?
