In my personal experience, don't focus on the event too much.

Work on yourself - improve your life during this week so you go into the event feeling good about yourself. The girls will notice your confidence in yourself and be attracted to your independence. Just be fun and playful and don't come across to needy or strong.

In regards to the situation, your friend's GF bringing her friends is a perfect time for some sexual undertone. More importantly, don't get down on yourself if you don't get lucky. Just enjoy the night.

Most importantly, have fun. Engage with the environment as well. Socialize with everybody, not necessarily just the girls that came with you.

I usually treat the group of friends like a set that didn't need to be opened and in which I already have good social proof. I will also use them as a home base to bring other people into or to keep my energy up between sets.

In my experience... if he shows up, you're lucky. He will have no girls but frantically talk about how you will "Get so many bitches!" No man has 4 hot, single girls that will brainlessly follow him around. Opt out now and go to a pub on your own.
