So I've been incorporating kino lately, typically using the dicarlo escalation ladder. I notice that after doing kino there is a stronger connection between the two of us. My question is what if the girl is not wearing a dress but instead a sweater or a long sleeve top where only her hands and neck are really exposed, what do you do in this situation? Do you just aim to touch her hands all the time? Does touching her clothes count as kino? Because i've found the true connection comes with skin to skin contact.
