Get more girls and do things in your life, dont sit around. Find a skill or a hobby and follow it then you won't have time to think about that one girl all day.

That's one my main issues as well. I think the only thing that helps is talking to more women and having stuff going on in your life. Now, of course this is easier said than done. You just need to really try occupy yourself with hobbies or personal projects. I know it's hard, but just try it, and avoid the temptation of texting a girl in this situation. Trust me. I'm talking from experience here.

Also, don't place too much expectations in any date. That kills absolutely everything. Just go with the flow. Whatever happens, happens. Don't over think it and don't place too much expectations.

Keep up ma man and remember to always work on yourself. I know it's fucking hard, but just try it. Go for a run, ask your friends out, go out and have fun and don't even look at your phone

You just don't have enough people or good things in your life.

When all your goals in life revolve around pulling some girl you want to marry and you're maybe talking to 5 girls per year, any of them that show you interest is a candidate for that.

If you're focusing on a life that is well-lived and dedicated to enjoyment and developing yourself - as a first - you're less depressed from not having a girl.

But most importantly.. If in the same situation as above you meet and talk to 1000 girls in a year, how many of those would be candidates?

It really is as simple as that. For a starving man even scraps from the floor seem like a godsend, but a rich man only eats steak.

It's important to know whether you hooked up with the girl or not.

If you get needy and she does a 180 before you can hook up, then yeah, that needs to change.

If you're getting attached after sex, then don't change anything. This is actually a really positive attribute for seduction. Being the romantic guy is a great thing as long as you are closing the deal.

I'm like this too but mainly cause I don't know how to date multiple girls. Just seems weird to me. Once one is done I can move on but never more than one.

Invest more in yourself. It's a safer investment and causes less insecurity and clinginess.

The more you invest into someone the more attached you become but imagine if you were investing 10 times more into yourself. Imagine how much you would value the amazing life that you create as opposed to just one element of that life(the girl)

I started to feel the same way over the summer. Saw lots of people; there were highs and lows. My ex and I broke up a year ago and my first reaction was to look for another but then I thought to myself... I'm in a technical degree, I still need to build up my life, might take another degree, so many uncertain years ahead of me... its probably NOT a good idea to get tied down and potentially invest too much energy into a relationship that might fail. My way of getting around your problem was stating that I want to remain single and girls are just friends or a little more but my heart is away on vacation unless someone really special comes around.
