Without knowing where you are located and knowing that particular area ourselves, there is no way for us to answer that other than night game (bars, clubs), daygame (malls, bookstores, supermarkets, street approaches), coffeehouses, college campuses, etc, all of which work where I am located (in a city). You can also try internet game.

Do some internet research on venues in your area.

Starbucks, yoga classes, cooking classes, museums, beach, art galleries. I do most of my pickup at Publix for gods sake.

Everywhere that normal people go, attractive women can usually be found.

Concerts aren't that great in my experience. There aren't very many singles in the area. And depending on the concert you can move about and mingle.

A bar/club district is the best place because there are lots of girls. Or a part of town that utilizes new urbanism/mixed use development (having stores restaurants and entertainment on the ground and offices and housing on the upper flores.) the reason is it is designed to create density and to have people walk on the ground, creating life in the environment. In those areas there will be way more people walking about out side.
