I love making love to women but hate all the work to get it.

I love money, but hate work. Let's have a pity party.

I can tell myself I need to approach, take more action, escalate, but knowing something and doing something is differently. I try, but I fail.

One step at a time. How do you "try but fail" at approaching. You either approached her or you didn't. Approach her. Approach so many of them that you stop being afraid.

Use dating apps. Takes a few minutes out of your day, swiping on Tinder, Bumble, Happn, Hinge, and OKCupid, and the majority of your meetings will go well.

Relearn to love the game. Do you like challenging yourself? Like improving your sets and reps at the gym? Then think of gaming as mental reps for your mental strength. And just keep going from there. It sounds like this is all mental man, so just force yourself to practice - i.e. if I don't hit on ten women tonight, I'm not allowed to masturbate when I go home...or some other denial of a reward.
