So last night me and two friends went for dinner then for some drinks in this youth hostel bar we frequent. We weren't trying to get girls or anything, just having a few drinks.

We get talking to this group of visiting American girls (we're English expats, hostel is in Germany) and somehow I find myself fairly drunk and talking to this girl isolated from our friends.

I wasn't doing any of these Seduction techniques you often read about on here, just having a laugh and talking about drunk shit. She is all over me the whole time, playing with my hair, touching my chest and arms, and laughing at everything I said.

Despite the pretty clear go ahead, I just couldn't seem to seal the deal. When the group started to disperse, she said she was going to bed and gave me a "you fucked up" sort of look and a hand shake. Even being drunk, I couldn't take a shot.

So I'd just like to hear a few suggestions regarding what would have been a good move in this situation. I didn't know whether to just kiss her, ask if she wanted to go upstairs to her room, be honest about it, or whatever else. Would appreciate any suggestions.
