All the numbers and names I have gotten are flakey how do you prevent flakes?

Usually when I get a solid number in daygame I rarely get flakes. What I do is I will set up a day 2 before I get the number and I will get out of the sexual man to woman vibe (if I know nothing will happen at that moment) and drill in the fact that we are going to go on a date later. I don't get the number to "just get the number" I get the number as a bridge of communication to just call/text before the day 2. Text her immediately after you get her number to ensure she remembers you because girls get approached by many guys and their life is filled with distractions. Also be clear in your intent so she knows you want to go out with her (and you want her to lie on top of your body) so she won't be surprised when you ask for her number when you set up a date.
During nightgame I don't go for numbers and I just try to pull. Most night game numbers will be flakes or the girls might not remember you. The girls are usually drunk and distracted and if you do get her number and leave the set chances are she is going home with another guy that night (the happy ending to her fairy tale). They might also be searching for validation and have a boyfriend. Nightgame numbers early in the night are fine so you can meet up with the girl later that night or invite her to an "afterparty" at your place later.

Detail some of the interactions where the girl was flaky, find trends for what you're doing wrong. Post the field report here and some more experienced guys will give you feedback.

Flakes never go away, they just get less frustrating as you have more... distractions.

1) Get her mentally/emotionally/physically invested. The number one cause of "flaking" is little to no interest in you and /or the activity. You meet a girl, text her, and ask her to meet you for coffee in a day or two. And she flakes. Of course she flakes, because there's almost nothing about the situation that compels her otherwise. Take time to establish a connection with her, or at the very least make the "date" something she feels strongly about: "Hey, when we met, I remember you saying something about liking rock climbing. I'm going to an indoor rock climbing gym tomorrow and I have an extra pass. Wanna come?" or "There's this indie band playing at this bar Saturday. I've heard a lot of good things about them and I'm going to check them out. I know indie rock is kinda your thing so if you're free, you can pick you up..."

Second, don't ask girls out. "Would you like to hangout this weekend?" That's weak sauce IMO, and a one way ticket to flakes-ville. Instead, invite her to join you on an activity you already have planned and are going to enjoy regardless of her attendance. This is a double win because A: it cuts down on the flakes. The psychology behind it is about adding value to the experience. It's the difference between "If you come, X will happen. If you don't, X won't happen." and "X is going to happen! With or without you! Don't miss out!" In the first, the value is on her. In the second, the value is on you and/or the activity. And people HATE missing out on things. The second "WIN" is that even if she does flake... WHO CARES! You still did X and hopefully had a great time doing it.

These are two of my stables for avoiding flakes. Hope they help.
