When I was new to seddit I posted an article on fear. I describe how it was the only thing from stoping you from meeting new women.

Now I want to go more in depth on how to get past it.

We have all been there when we pussy out of an opportunity to approach. It is normal.

How do you get past it?

Knowing your core fear.

When you pass up an opportunity to approach, deeply think "what stopped me?"

Recently I was in a small town, 50 people max, and was driving back to my grandmas late at night. Going up the hill there was a group of girls and it was the perfect opportunity to go up. I drove by like a bitch. Then I contemplated, what the hell made me drive by?

I got it down, after thinking for a while, too a fear of getting rejected and bothering them.

The next day I saw them again at the grocery store and almost bitched out. Then I thought about what was keeping me from going up and remembered my core fear.

"They wont like me I will just bother them. They probably got country boyfriends anyway."

To get past this you must deny this.

Throw away that idea! Ignore it!

Go out to a bar or wherever. Find a girl, then go up. If you don't go up then deeply think, why? Soon you will find your fear. Then dismiss it as false. "That won't happen."

Yes there is a chance that you could get shut down. Yes there is a chance your bothering them.

If this happens, they're not worth getting to know anyway.

Back to my experience, I went up and got along well with them and they were very flirty. I pulled the "I gotta go." and they frantically threw their numbers at me. It was extremely shocking and great.

It was probably the best experience I ever had.

Cheers.
