What would be the best tips to give to someone who is afraid of approaching ?

I have a friend who really wants to get into pickup and seduction in general to boost his confidence and gain experience with girls, but here is the problem:

No need to be ashamed... you are the "friend" right?

He spent a ton of time going out during the day to approach girls, but when the opportunity is here and he has to approach, there is literally a wall in front of him that he can't climb. He is going to get a coach in seduction to help him with that, but in my opinion, he could solves this problem alone.

No need for a coach, they only cook with water. The only thing he will learn is to approach with the coach in his back.

I tried to give him some tips but it didn't help much and I am a total newbie after all.

Approaching a girl is the easiest thing in this universe, technically speaking. You don't have to get education for 10 years to be able to do it, you don't need to be intelligent, super strong or extremely fit or fast to do it. If you can walk, open your mouth so sound comes out, you are able to do it, so is your "friend".

I'm sure most of you guys faced this problem, so, what advices/tips would you give him to help him with that ?

The only advice that is necessary: When you are scared of something, the only way to defeat it is to face it. If you don't face it, it will never cease to exist.

If he really wants to do this, then I'm afraid he's going to have to get over that wall somehow. There's no gain without excruciating, ball aching pain.

Good looking loser has a week by week program to getting over AA... I say to just do it but I understand it's harder than that. Also warming up is great. Just get him talking to rando's b4 he actually talks to a girl. By the time he talks to the girl it's whatever
