I would have started preparing before this trip. I would recommend reading eckhart tolle to get rid of your anxiety ( the power of now) and develop an abundance mentality ( a new earth). Both books can be found on google as PDFs, save them to iBooks or to your phone and read them on the plane and enjoy the new mindset

Definitely not a virgin, but also if it wasn't for the liquor confidence, I probably would be.

That goes for about 90% of the people i've ever known! Don't feel too bad.

Your SA can't be THAT bad if you're going ona Euro trip all by yourself.

Just stay safe and try to have some fun.

Just be careful in Europe. Social anxiety may be the least of your problems there.

To the main point though: this will be good for your confidence. Trust me. Just be brave and don't give up in whatever you do out there.
