How to ask a girl out who works in different firm but in the same incubator ?

I am actually not familiar with the term incubator, but if you mean "in the same building" i can give you my small piece of advice based on experience.

I Had this girl working across the hallway from our office with glass walls so we could basically see eachother from our work desks. It was funny how i never saw her looking over to me when i looked over out of boredom, since my desk was positioned on the second floor, like a balcony, pointing my view directly at her desk on the first floor, so it was inevitable to glance over once in a while.

She pretty much started her job the same day as me, and i at first had no interest in her whatsoever. As the months went by we met a few times outside when she was smoking, where i always said hello to be polite, and whenever she saw me she smiled and looked at the floor. Since she was a pretty hot black haired girl, and i later found out she was from the ukraine, i thought to myself "why not?". So one day we got out of work the same time and i opened her with a simple "hey". So much for the opener, she was very open, smiled laughed and was obviously attracted to me. We talked and she mentions she was watching me very often, and We exchanged numbers.

I asked her why she's in my country, family, work or whatever, she replied she was married and living with her husband here. I though, ok, nevermind, but was still polite. Over the course of the next two weeks she texted me constantly, we met outside for smoke, and i simply asked her if she wants to get lunch with me. She agreed, we had lunch, i escalated, she mentioned how attracted she was but her husband etc. Well, we had a night out drinking cocktails a few weeks later, but the same outcome. It took a few months of meeting casually for smoking, and me getting more and more unavailable until she began to gradually start to insult me out of whatever reason. One day i had enough so i broke it off, telling her that i don't put up with the lack of respect she has, so that was it.

The problem was we saw eachother daily, and she was really pissed. It was mostly a problem for her, since i was still polite but didn't want more personal contact with her. One day, after another month i talked to her a few sentences out of curiosity, and she was still pissed, insulting me again, so i thought to myself: "Well, dodged a bullet there." Another 2 months later her company moved so we never met again.

The point of this story is, there is a potential danger of having an awkward situation when it doesn't work out, but with the right mindset it should not really faze you, and of course the golden rule: Just ask her. Don't overcomplicate it, she's a human being like you, not some kind of goddess who has to be given some kind of sacrifice before she even considers talking to you.

So, good luck with her, and keep the risks in mind.

So you need to have a giant mock product pitch. Make it a realy big deal. Have you whole company watch you for social proof, and have like food and what not. Make sure you have a killer multimedia presentation too. Invite her company to view it and give feedback. If the food is good they should want to go. Have some slick thing you can demonstrate and invite her up and your volunteer. Then slip your business card into her hand in a super slick way. She will swoon.

Seriously dude, you just focus on your job, and talk to other women outside of work so she is not a big deal. If you pass her have a little conversation and if you want ask her out.

You need to practice your game in realy life and have game. Learn to be good with women in general then you can apply your skills to this one if you please. You don't need to learn incubator game.
