Join various clubs. Hent: if you join a volunteer organization that helps Animals, it will be probably mostly girls. But there are many thing you can do. Joins stuff make friends envite people out, organize stiff. Build a social network. Networking is huge for getting a job after college. You wanna network, get internships. And if there is a club that answers you and will help you build a skill that would be a good idea too.

Try to get good grades so you can potentially get a scholarship to study abroad. It's a fantastic experience

Join a Fraternity

Its gonna cost money but if you make decent homies you can have beer as often as you want, women/help with women/fun sorority mixers and connections after you leave uni.

Cant stress the importance of connections. When you leave university no one will hire you just because you have a fucking degree(unless its a useful one like math or engineering and even that is a stretch) I was an athlete so I had a decent crew of friends but it didnt help me socially as much as a frat would have. If I could go back I would have just focused on getting big instead of running and making good friends with my frat brothers for after.

Take mma or dance classes. Improv is a good way to be able to just start talking to any girl anywhere.

hmmm this is a very theoretical question and I believe that most people have to go thu many stages in order to change as it doesnt happen in one single moment outta nowhere.. but anyway, I suggest you to become more social and break your comfort zone,
