Physical contact is important. A hand on her arm or her hips is suggestion enough. What you say doesn't even matter that Much.

On the topic of physical contact: when you reach over to touch a girl, don't look at your hand. You'll be nervous and tend to focus on watching your hand touch her thigh or whatever, but DONT DO THIS. Similar to how you look a person in the eyes as you shake their hand, make sure to keep eye contact or look anywhere else, and keep the conversation going. It'll come off as more natural.

Tip: A simple way to initiate kino is through taking her hand, or placing your hand on her lower back as you suggest moving somewhere else.
