Well sounds like you're doing the usual "getting in your own head". We all dealt with it and the only way over it is to take chances and push through. Block out the mental noise. Not sure if meditation is advisable for younger guys but you can try it.

Realize that you either talk to the girl, or you dont get her. Adopt that view and then gradually try more and more everyday. Teenage game is always awkward anyways so don't worry.

What do you want us to tell you? Stop being a pussy. Most likely you're a virgin or inexperienced with women, not saying this as an insult at all; I went through this in high school as well where some women threw themselves at me but there was always some fear of not being able to perform when it came down to it. Lose your v-card and man up. Take advantage of high school while you can, it's where you can build a solid foundation before you go and fuck shit up in college. This is going ot carry on until you man up and just get some experience.
