So I'll start by saying I never had a romantic relationship before and I've been reading and trying some stuff I've read here for a while now, but I have some problems.

First of all, do you really need "Game" ? All those things like planning when to show interest, when to say something or not to say something, when to kino (if that's the correct way of saying it) seems to be fake and I genuine. I understand inner game and it's great imo, but this seems like it could be avoided. Saying that, I don't know what to do instead. Conversations when I'm trying to use the techniques seem unnatural and doesn't get me anywhere, but when I'm trying to speak with a girl genuinely I usually tense up and have problems continuing the conversation.

Secondly, neediness. A lot of you say that neediness is bad because then x, y or z happens. I get it, and I want to stop being needy. The problem is HOW? How do I stop being needy, when there is so much I haven't experienced and want to? For example I want to get into a relationship, but I can't because I'm being too needy. Then I start wanting to get into relationship more because humans are such things, they want what they don't have. That leads to more neediness and forms a circle. I really need your help with this.

Also, I've been trying to do something different lately. I wanted to text some girls I never met before who I found on Facebook. But I ran into a wall. Usually when I approach there is something I can start the conversation with - the situation we are in or something similar. It's nothing like that in this case. Simply saying hello ends up with me being ignored, but I just don't know what else could I say. It's not like I have any shared experiences with that person most of the time.

Thank you all for reading this and sorry for no TL;DR. I just don't know how to shorten these questions.
