I know EXACTLY what you are feeling. Im dealing with the same issue. Im 21 / male, studying in college for the last year and currently living with my parents. We have a small appartment which means i have a tiny room. For the past dating experience, i've never invited any girls in my home. Luckily i have been able to crash at my friend's house or go to the girl's appartment. I know your pain OP, hope you get a good solution here.

The rent is so expensive where I live that a fair few people in their late 20's still live at home. If I got my own place, I literally wouldn't have a spare penny to enjoy myself so not much point, really.

I am crap with girls, but when I've got lucky in the past, I've just brought them back and late at night and got them a cab early in the morning to avoid any awkwardness with the parents.

Not that they care one little bit, but I do, lol!

I still live at home with my mom, if I bring a girl home and mom is home then I introduce them immediately and then quickly head upstairs to the bedroom. Never have had a problem.
