Contrary to popular belief, the line between confident and prick is not fine as people think. It's as large as a rift can be. A confident person even when he makes a errorneous statement has the capacity to acknowledge it, explain it, NOT APOLOGIZE necessarily. If he has truly done harm, then apologizes.

I agree with the title. My boss is a multi-millionaire in his early 30's. Good looking guy. Tall. Is surrounded by models and acrtesses and models, yet he still qualifies himself to me and displays body language that shows that he cares about what I think.

Granted, I think a lot of this respect was earned because I killed it at a party he threw a few months back.
