I doubt it's what you talk about. Difficult to say exactly but the words don't matter too much. You need to stand in front of a girl, feet firmly on the ground, open stance (phone put away), your belly facing hers, keep up gentle eye contact and smile. You could start with a little compliment regarding something she has control over (not her body or anything genetic) - clothes, hair etc. Then ask her questions, get to know her without sounding like the FBI/KGB. Ask her opinion on something ("do my shoes match my clothes?") You can ask all sorts of questions, just keep the nice body language (eye contact) going. Really the best is to say as little as possible, lead the conversation by asking her things and very carefully listening.
