Stop caring about what other people will think about you.

It sounds like you've learned from your mistake and will less likely make it again. Don't make it a bigger problem than it actually is. Laugh it off and move on. You have more important things to do than worry about such trivial matters.

It's in the past. Know of a good time machine you could try using? No? Then you're fucked and you need to accept that. There's no way to fix fuckups save from setting them aside and forgetting them. Are they at your school or work? If so, don't make eye contact and keep your body language neutral whilst interacting with them.

Remember that every time you fuck up, you're learning something new and you build your character and confidence if you master the ability to simply move on.
